The linear weighing machine ALPHA 2 with 2 weighing heads allows doubling the work cycle reached by the weighing machine ALPHA I (from 20 to 40 weighing per minute, depending on the product – easy or difficult flow).
This weighing machine is available as “Stand alone” version with food lifting device and support frame on wheels, making it easy to move around, thus offering polyvalence and flexibility.

The version ALPHA 2 comprises 2 weighing lines which are integrated into one support frame. Each having a big and a fine vibration channel.

More elaborated version for advanced applications:

• The version ALPHA 2-4, comprising:
• 4 separate, independent chutes, and
• 4 integrated weighing cells
• on the same support frame, which permits to increase the above mentioned work cycles even more.

Complete configurations:

Comprise :

• appropriate multiple food systems,
• integrated switch box,
• a common touch screen for the parameters and the display of the production data and the functioning of all the lines.

These weighing machines can be coupled with multiple automatic packing machines to :

• achieve mixtures, or to
• perform the simultaneous dosage of several products.

Main applications:

Topping of shredded cheese on pizzas,
Weighing of cubes or thin slices of cooking cheese,
Weighing of ingredients for ready-made meals.
