The vertical bagging systems are automatic machines designed to:

• Form bags from a real with heat-sealable film which unrolls in an intermittent or continues movement.
• Form bags from a real with heat-sealable film which unrolls in an intermittent or continues movement.
• Close the bag with 2 sealing (longitudinal and transversal)

The bag is formed around a tube which is called forming tube whose diameter determines the size of the bag.

All parts necessary for the good functioning of the machine are driven pneumatically or with electric motors controlled by frequency generators or by servo drive.

The bagging machines can produce all types of bags used by trade chains and convenience stores:

• «Padded» bags
• Bags with reinforced bottom
• Bags with bellow pockets
• Resalable bags

Coupled with the appropriate dosing feeder, PARIPAC's vertical bagging systems can pack all food products compatible with this technology. The work cycles depend on the size of the bags, the products to be packed and the films used. They can typically obtain 60 to 120 bags per minute.
