The National Commission on Informatics and Liberty expresses the following observations:
The treatments made for the purpose of information or external communication are current treatments that do not appear to be likely to affect the privacy of individuals as part of their regular use. The Commission therefore considers that it is appropriate to apply the provisions of Article 24.II of the law modified on January 6, 1978 and to release these treatments from any prior declarative formalities.
