The weighing machine Alpha 3

A highlight of the application of the LINEAR WEIGHING MACHINE ALPHA III :

WEIGHING OF TVAROG, Russian cream cheese, with machines Multivac or Mondini.

Basic principal: a configuration adapted to products and machines

In its multi-line version, the LINEAR WEIGHING MACHINE PARIPAC ALPHA is particularly well adapted to the weighing of cream cheese, such as the TVAROG.

This version can easily be coupled with:

• The thermoforming machines Multivac
• The tray-forming machines Mondini

In order to obtain a very efficient high tech system which allows packing the Tvarog in thermoformed or prefabricated small cups or bowls.
 

The working principal is the following:

• Filling of the Tvarog from the container on a vibrating conveyor belt
• Uptake of the Tvarog by a lifting device
• Feeding of 3 scales by a pivoting distribution band
• Transfer of the Tvarog towards the weighing heads
• Filling in small cups or bowls by the transfer station with “up and down” appliance which has been synchronized to the machine.
• Packing of the Tvarog by the machine.
   

Mounted on a support frame which has been adapted to the machines and comprises accessible crossings, the three independent weighing lines dispose of a quincunx, allowing a dosage on 2 or 3 lanes (tools 2-1, 3-1, etc.).

In this combination, the work cycles can be achieved.

The configuration also comprises:

• an integrated switch box
• a common touch screen for the parameters and the display of the production data and the functioning of all the lines.

Main applications:

• Weighing of Tvarog
• Weighing of any type of cream cheese, like "cottage cheese"
• Weighing of any cream products with similar texture
