Since the beginning of Paripac in 1993, technology has changed a lot. Electronic analog commands have been replaced by information technology, servo systems have been born and a lot of innovations have succeeded. The machines have obviously followed this evolution.

          Mechanical parts

          The wear and tear (consumable) parts are basically all available on simple demand.

          Electronic parts

In this field, the technical evolution has been spectacular. Therefore, very diverse elements are held in stock: touch screens, electronic chips, circuits for engine control, feeder chips, push buttons, commutation elements, Eproms, programs, etc.

In case of emergency, after clarification of the technical details and reception of the order, all parts can be quickly brought on the way (DHL, TNT, etc.) so that the parcel reaches you in the shortest time.

Service and Maintenance Visits:

If necessary, our technicians come quickly to the customer’s production plant to repair the machine.

First step is to explain the malfunction of the machine on a specific error formulary. Paripac estimates the time for a technician visit and sends a quotation for the technician and the necessary parts.

After acceptance of the quotation the technician arrives within 1 – 3 days.
